We are excited to let you know that on Friday 28th November, the Community Wellbeing Outreach Team (CWOT) will be visiting; Wattlesborough, Westbury and Vennington as part of the WOW (Winter Outreach Wellbeing) Project!
We will be in these areas at these times on Friday 28th November:
Wattlesborough (Parked at Heath Drive): 10:00am - 10:50am
Westbury (Parked up in the area): 11:00am - 11:45am
Vennington (parked up in the area): 12:15pm - 1:00pm
It will be an opportunity for local residents to visit the CWOT van, meet the CWOT team and get information and support on a range of health and wellbeing needs, such as:
- health and wellbeing concerns
- offer of a mini health check,
- cost of living issues (energy and food costs)
- vaccinations
- mental health
- stopping smoking support
- screening information
- think campaign
- lifestyle advice
- social groups and support services
We realise the information around this visit is just a week away, so we would love your support to spread the word to make sure residents know we will be in their local area.
Please download the attached posters for the different areas and share to your local community via any platforms such as emails, social media pages (such as facebook/instagram), newsletters or bulletins, websites, whatsapp groups or alternatively print out for local shops & information boards etc.
